This experience inspired him to change the direction of his education toward helping individuals and families find a greater degree of peace, eventually completing a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy at Utah State University and becoming a licensed marriage and family therapist. Joe is LGBTQIA+ competent and supportive. Joe’s work at InRoads involves ensuring the staff is well-trained and prepared. He has developed our philosophical approaches, models of care, and curriculum for the different services InRoads offers. He received his master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Utah State University. He is the clinical director for InRoads and an Idaho State Approved Supervisor. He has vast experience in supervising providers to work better with children, adolescents, and adults, ensuring high-quality service from all InRoads providers. Aside from his director responsibilities, Greg keeps his skills fresh by maintaining his own counseling practice where he assists people with depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavior issues, and PTSD.
